Each salon has an owner/manager, seniors and apprentices.  We only have senior stylists cutting on the floor assisted by a group of highly trained colour associates who are specially trained in customised colour work.

Because no two bossy hair clients are the same, you’re assured of realising your true technical and creative potential both in-salon, and with the help of our ongoing training programs which teach new techniques and the latest editorial looks.

You’ll learn what it takes to be technically and creatively fabulous, and be supported by a close team with exceptional customer service ethic.

We also like to promote from within, so technicians have the chance to continually grow within the company and possibly own the salon one day.

middle park first year apprenticeship

Middle Park is our newest salon: Its beautiful and getting busier. We are looking for a first year apprentice with a passion for hairdressing and fashion. We are looking for somebody who wants excellent training at our "bossy academy" and loves continuous learning and improving of their hairdressing skills. Excellent presentation is a must and a keen attitude is essential.
