Each salon has an owner/manager, seniors and apprentices. We only have senior stylists cutting on the floor assisted by a group of highly trained colour associates who are specially trained in customised colour work.
Because no two bossy hair clients are the same, you’re assured of realising your true technical and creative potential both in-salon, and with the help of our ongoing training programs which teach new techniques and the latest editorial looks.
You’ll learn what it takes to be technically and creatively fabulous, and be supported by a close team with exceptional customer service ethic.
We also like to promote from within, so technicians have the chance to continually grow within the company and possibly own the salon one day.

Buranda
We are looking for an amazing senior to look after our gorgeous bossy clients. A love of cut and colour is essential. If you are craving a fun professional friendly salon that really values you, we would lovfe to hear from you. Above award retail and service commissions paid plus award wage. Minimum 6yrs in the industry preferable.

An Apprenticeship is also available at Buranda, we are looking for a style savvy apprentice that is proficient at foling, both basic and a little bit of creative. If you can foil close to the scalp without bleeding and in good time, we would love to meet you. Fast track your apprenticeship by attending our exclusive bossy academy where you will get to work on real clients to become the best hairdresser you possibly can. Want to work in a busy creative fun salon where you are valued? bossy Windsor is looking for a passionate senior stylist with a min experience 6yrs on the floor. A love of cut and colour is essential. A strong work ethic and the abiity to work in, and be part of a fabulous team is what we are looking for. You will get every fourth long weekend off so go home early friday and back to work the following Tuesday. Creative senior training with guest artists and a chance to work with the artisitc team should that be your thing is also part of the job description.
